We currently taking applications for The Children & Youth Education Coordinator. This is a part time position. Work hours are required on Sunday mornings. Sunday afternoon availability is also necessary. All background clearances will be required for this position as stated by the State of PA.
Youth Prepare for Mission Trip to North Carolina
This year Lincoln Park United Methodist Youth (6th thru 12th grade) will be going on a mission trip to Cherokee, North Carolina through an organization called Team Effort. We leave 6/17/12 early, early morning and return 6/22/12 late, late evening. We will be working on the Cherokee Indian Reservation with remodeling projects and VBS. Our accommodations are at a local college which includes bunk beds and showers. Each participant is asked to make a $50 donation to go and so far we have 5 committed youth (4 boys and 1 girl) and 2 very brave chaperones.
